Came in expecting to need new retainers. Orthodontist looked them over, tightened them, and assured me the broken wire wouldn’t keep it from working properly. He could’ve made hundreds of dollars off a replacement pair, abs I appreciated his honesty! He also spent more time with me during my appointment than the simple cursory glance you usually get from a dentist. Much appreciated. Highly recommend!
